    I did not hire Elizabeth as an attorney but was assigned to her for mediation in Linn County. She was unorganized, forgetful of case details (despite having a file of notes she personally wrote), rigid and pushy. I would not advise anyone to pay her directly for her services.

    Case was to get child support reduced to an appropriate level for father of 3 children. The legal assistant was very poor and resulted in the loss of at least a month in the process which translated to over $1000 in unrecoverable support owed. Very poor attentiveness to the case. Multiple times where the ball was dropped and the lawyer attempted to place the blame on the father costing additional loss of time to reach resolution. No creative energy was put into the case. All ideas on what could be done came primarily by my own thinking and research. Failed to consider challenging a very weak platform the ex-spouse had supporting her claim of not being able to work. Generally, poor responsiveness, lack of creativity, poor assistant skills, result ending with what I felt could have been attained without involving a lawyer at all.

    We enrolled our daughter this year at Sandcastle and are so delighted that we chose this school over some of the other more pricey schools in town. The cost of tuition is amazing and so is the caliber of the staff. The teachers are so kind and nurturing. And we were amazed that most of the staff has been with Barbara (the owner) for almost 20 years! They have creative activities each day for the kids and are teaching my 2.5 year old more than I expected at such a young age. I really cannot say enough great things about this school. Its small, local and run by a staff who truly loves what they do!

    Chris and his team are amazing! Their service is personal and caring, timely and efficient. I never worry about my insurance or coverage, because I know that Chris and his team are on my side. I'm confidant that when I recommend his office to anyone I know they will get the same great service.
